They pride themselves on a collaborative culture and are committed to investing in their people.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) to join the London office. The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of prestigious built environment projects across the capital - ranging from commercial offices and high-end residential to cultural landmarks and sustainable regeneration schemes.This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to take the next step in their career within a dynamic consultancy environment that fosters innovation, excellence, and long-term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services across multiple projectsPrepare detailed cost plans, feasibility studies, and value engineering analysisManage tender processes, procurement strategy, and contract administration (JCT, NEC, bespoke)Lead cost reporting, change control, valuations, and final account negotiationsEngage with clients, architects, contractors, and external stakeholdersMentor junior QS team members and contribute to team developmentSupport business development activities and contribute to winning new commissionsEnsure delivery in accordance with company QA, health 'safety, and sustainability standardsRequirementsMRICS Chartered Surveyor 5–10 years’ experience within a consultancy or client-side environmentStrong background across the built environment sector (commercial, residential, mixed-use, cultural or public sector)Proven experience of managing projects through RIBA stages 1–7Excellent technical knowledge of cost planning, procurement, and contract administrationStrong interpersonal and client-facing skills; able to lead client meetings and build relationshipsCommercially astute, proactive, and able to take ownership of project deliverablesExperience working in or around London is preferredBenefitsCompetitive base salary + annual bonusComprehensive benefits package (pension, healthcare, life insurance)25+ days holiday + option to buy/sell daysHybrid working policy (typically 3 days in office)Tailored CPD and career progression plansSupport for further qualifications and leadership developmentOpportunity to work on London’s most prestigious and challenging projectsHow to ApplyPlease submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and career aspirations.
