Quantity Surveyor Location: London (W1)Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per annum (DOE) + Performance BonusMy client is a boutique construction and project delivery company specialising in high-end commercial fit-outs and bespoke interiors. They are passionate about design-led execution and delivering spaces that showcase innovation and quality.They are growing and looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our pre-construction team. If you’re experienced in producing competitive, commercially viable tenders and quotations, this could be your next great opportunity!What You’ll Do:Prepare detailed cost plans and quotations for tenders, negotiated projects, and direct awardsSource pricing from suppliers and subcontractorsConduct site visits and review project scopesValue engineer proposals to meet client budgets and expectationsSupport bid submissions and tender clarificationsMaintain and update cost libraries and benchmarksWork closely with Contracts Managers to align pricing with project deliveryAssist with project handovers to operational teamsWhat We’re Looking For:3+ years’ experience in commercial build or fit-out quantity surveying/estimatingStrong understanding of construction costs, market rates, and procurementExcellent numerical skills and proficiency in Excel (Bluebeam, ConQuest or similar is a plus)Attention to detail and excellent communication skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, design-led environmentHNC/HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related fieldWhat We Offer:Salary £45,000 – £60,000 DOE + annual performance bonus25 days holiday plus bank holidaysPension schemeHybrid working modelOpportunities for career growth into senior commercial or pre-construction roles
