Premium Technician - 1 Year FTC (potential to be extended)Location: London / Hybrid (flexible working arrangements available)Salary: Competitive, dependent on experienceWe are looking for a detail-oriented Premium Processing Specialist to support the accurate handling of premium transactions for a leading insurance market participant. This fixed-term role offers exposure to complex processes and collaboration across multiple teams, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of documentation.What You’ll Do:Prepare and issue placement confirmations, signed lines, and invoicing documentationSet up and maintain risk details within internal systemsOrganise and manage electronic and physical filesMonitor and process incoming correspondenceSubmit documentation to relevant markets through A/&S platformsManage premium adjustments and movement trackingMaintain calendars for payment warranties and scheduled adjustmentsReview and agree premium bordereaux where requiredRespond to client and market queries, working closely with finance to resolve payment issuesCollaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational challengesProduce reports and maintain accurate data for internal useEnsure adherence to regulatory standards and internal compliance requirementsWhat We’re Looking For:Proven experience in premium processing or a similar insurance operations role (minimum 5 years)Strong understanding of insurance and reinsurance principlesHands-on experience with premium accounting processesFamiliarity with A&S/IMR/LORS systemsKnowledge of FCA regulatory requirementsNashrock Insurance Recruitment is committed to considering candidates from a broad array of diverse experiences and backgrounds.
