Compensation Manager - Financial ServicesContract Type: Fixed Term ContractLocation: City of London (Hybrid - 3 days in the office) Sector: Financial ServicesSalary: £100-£120k Base + BonusMy client is a fast paced Financial Services firm. We have an exciting opportunity for a strong cash compensation professional to join on an initial fixed term contract, with the potential to become permanent. Key Responsibilities:Lead compensation review processes and benchmarkingMaintain accuracy of reward data and reportingSupport redesign of compensation review processes and process improvement projectsCollaborate with Finance on salary budgets and bonus accrualsDeliver HR reporting and dashboards using tools like PowerBI and ExcelSupport the Head of Compensation with RemCo and regulatory workWhat You’ll Bring:A proactive mindset and flexible approach. The ability to work with autonomy and take the initiativeExperience working within a regulated financial services firmStrong experience in cash compensation, HR analytics and reportingExperience working on process improvement projects would be an advantageStrong Excel skills essentialWorkday experience desirable
