Technical Business Analyst

We are supporting an international professional services organisation in their search for a Technical Business Analyst. The role will be on a hybrid working model with the individual required to be in the office 3 days a week.The organisation are going through an exciting period of change and are looking for an individual to upgrade/iterate their underwriting system.The organisation are looking for an individual with:6-7 years consulting or insurance experienceProven ability to translate business processes and requirements into technical solutionsStrong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skillsResponsibilities for the individual:Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional and technical requirementsFacilitate workshops, sprint planning sessions, and requirements reviewsWork on system integration projects, data migration initiatives, or platform upgrades, especially within insurance or consulting domainsThis role is an exciting opportunity for an ex consultant or individual within insurance to join the organisation during this period of change.
