We are currently working with a Big4, leading advisory provider to the Financial Services industry, who are looking to appoint a Reward Senior Manager for their Reward team that look after some of the biggest names within the financial services sector addressing challenges posed by customer trends, market conditions, competition and regulators, to deliver real, sustainable change.As Reward Senior Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of technical and strategic reward projects. The working environment is dynamic, and collaborative providing opportunities to contribute and develop your skills and expertise. To be considered for this role you must have extensive Reward Advisory experience, at senior level, ideally with some previous experience of working with FS clients in a Reward advisory role. As part of this FS Reward team, you will be supporting clients to:Successfully navigate a dynamic and complex regulatory change environmentTransform reward programmes to attract, retain and motivate employeesOptimise reward programmes to deliver an excellent employee experience, and achieve a return on investment for firmsDrive progress on Environment, Social and Governance issues through remunerationEnsure compliance with evolving pay equity requirements, and embed DE&I across all reward and performance activityDesign and implement awards to incentivise business strategy and corporate activityYour key responsibilities will be to:Contribute to and lead projects across a diverse range of complex engagementsProduce innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices tailored to meet clients’ specific needsProactively manage stakeholder relationships, building trusted relationships with clientsIdentify new opportunities, contribute to preparation of proposals and wider business development activitiesNavigate the operational complexities and risk management of client engagementsCoach and provide learning opportunities for junior team membersPartner with other internal teams i.e. HR transformation, to ensure relevant reward and HR matters are considered across a range of client engagementsLead on Reward Optimisation assessments, analysing quantitative and qualitative data to generate key insightsProvide interpretations and technical advice in relation to the UK’s regulated environment for Financial ServicesSupport clients to identify and design changes to components of their existing Reward Value PropositionHelp clients to produce public disclosures, calculate their Gender Pay Gap and other pay ratios, and ensure alignment to various regulatory and disclosure requirementsSkills required:Experience working in Reward in a regulated sector (ideally Financial Services). Core consulting skills gained through working in a professional services firm essential ie. Big 4 or other leading reward advisory firm. A blend of consulting and inhouse preferrable.Highly numerate with the ability to write in a compelling yet succinct styleExcellent attention to detail and capable of quickly extracting insights from a variety of data sourcesThought leadership with a growth mindset and a desire to challenge established practicesSkilled in project management and able to work collaboratively with team members to maximise performanceResilient and able to work under pressure to deliver pragmatic solutions in the face of dynamic informationA strong presenter and verbal communicator, conveying complex messages with credibility and impactStrong numerical and data analysis skills, with advanced proficiency for Microsoft ExcelIf you would like to hear more about this exciting opportunity please get in contact today.
