Compensation Senior Manager Join my client a prestigious professional services firm in their international compensation hub and help shape the future of reward across their international teams.We're looking for a strategic compensation expert who can partner globally, navigate complexity, and deliver high-impact reward solutions. If you’re passionate about fair, data-driven pay and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment — this role is for you.In this role, you’ll:Advise on international compensation strategy for one of the businesses divisions.Lead salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and compensation reviews across multiple geographiesSupport senior-level hiring and annual reward cyclesDrive global reward projects and process improvementsTrain and guide HR and Finance partners on best practicesWhat you’ll bring:8+ years in compensation (corporate or consulting)Deep knowledge of reward structures, including executive compSenior stakeholder management and engagement skillsStrong Excel and analytical skillsAbility to influence and collaborate across functions and culturesThe role comes with benefits, and Hybrid ways of working in London.
