Product Designer

Our client a leading payments company, in Central London are looking for a Product Designer. You will work closely with Product Managers, Senior Designers, and Engineers to support the creation of intuitive, beautiful, and effective user experiences. You’ll be hands-on across both UI and UX design, from wireframing and prototyping to supporting design system updates and contributing ideas to improve our product. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypesSupport user research and usability testing to inform design decisionsCollaborate with Product, Engineering, and other Designers to improve features and experiencesContribute to the development and maintenance of the design systemTranslate complex requirements into clean, usable designsDeliver polished UI designs and graphical assets for development teamsParticipate in design reviews and team brainstorming sessionsHelp map customer journeys and suggest UX improvementsStay up to date with trends in design, UI tools, and best practicesWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in a Product Design, UI/UX, or similar roleA portfolio showcasing both UI and UX design workComfortable using Figma and similar design toolsBasic understanding of user-centered design principlesPassion for solving user problems and improving digital experiencesStrong communication and collaboration skillsEagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-moving environmentBonus: experience working in B2B, FinTech, or financial services is a plusThis is a permanent opportunity based in central London, offering a flexible hybrid working model, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.If this sounds like the right next step for you, apply now to be considered, we’d love to hear from you!
