ROLE: Lead Designer Incredible opportunity to join as a Lead Designer for a global crypto trading company.Key Responsibilities- Lead the evolution and expansion of the brand's refreshed brand identity- Upgrade and refine design system, establishing distinctive graphical and illustrations styles- Conceptualise and execute UI/UX design for digital products- Create impactful visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns and communications- Oversee web design- Develop engaging motion graphics, animations and videos to elevate the brandSkills & Experience - Extensive experience in graphic design, UI/UX, motion graphics and video production- Expert level proficiency with Adobe suite and Figma- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile design capabilities and visual storytelling- Excellent typography, colour theory- An interest/experience working in the crypto space strong bonus Salary & Benefits- £80k+ - Hybrid, 3 days in the office, 2 days at home- Training opportunities- Annual global team trips- Join a small, fast-moving creative team with real influenceLocation: London If this sounds like you, send your portfolio to .
