KOIBIRD has grown into a full 360° lifestyle experience where fashion, wellness, and community live under one roof.The Role:This is a role for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer who thrives on creative variety and organisation. From designing fashion lookbooks and social carousels to producing collateral for brand collaborations, in-store activations and PR events, you’ll work across a broad mix of briefs spanning fashion, wellness, and lifestyle.As a confident, creative all-rounder, you’ll bring strong conceptual thinking, excellent design execution, and a sharp eye for detail to every project. You’ll be comfortable working independently, managing your own deadlines and priorities, while also collaborating closely with our founder, wider creative team, and external partners.You’ll be expected to: – Bring a fresh, design-led perspective to every brief – Own and manage your workload with clarity and structure – Push creative boundaries while maintaining consistency across formats – Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the sameThis is a pivotal role within a small but ambitious creative team, perfect for a designer who wants to leave their mark on two growing lifestyle brands with distinct personalities.Main Responsibilities: Independently plan, manage, and execute all stages of the design process to a high standard and on schedule, prioritising briefs from the buying, PR, store, and social teams.Design seasonal lookbooks for KOIBIRD’s Pre-Spring, Spring/Summer, High Summer, Resort, Fall/Winter, and Christmas campaigns, as well as two annual press packs.Create toolkits for new season launches and distribute them to the social team for implementation.Design BAU assets for digital, social, and print—this includes (but is not limited to) presentations, lookbooks, press packs, social-first content, store POS, and café packaging using Figma and/or Photoshop.Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to develop in-feed and story content for KOIBIRD and KOI 11’s Instagram channels.Deliver high-quality, original, and innovative creative outputs across all design touchpoints.Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring all assets adhere to our brand guidelines to create consistency across all platformsMaintain and organise a clear, structured filing system for all design files.Who You AreYou have 4+ year's experience working in-house for luxury brands.
