We’re growing fast and looking for a talented and ambitious Kitchen Designer to join our energetic team in North West London.If you’re hungry to grow, this role goes beyond kitchens—you’ll also have the opportunity to lead full interior projects, including wardrobes, bathrooms, furniture and more.What You’ll DoCollaborate with clients to understand their lifestyle, needs, and design vision.Design and present bespoke kitchen solutions that balance beauty with functionality.Bring ideas to life using AutoCAD and other design tools.Guide clients through premium appliances, surfaces, finishes, and layouts (including Gaggenau, V-Zug, etc.).Oversee the technical side: layout planning, plumbing, electrics, safety, and installations.Work closely with Italian suppliers and fitters to ensure flawless execution.Manage multiple luxury design projects from start to finish.Stay on top of the latest in high-end design trends, materials, and innovations.Ensure timelines, budgets, and client expectations are consistently met.What You BringMinimum 3 years’ experience as a kitchen designer, ideally in a luxury or high-end environment.Strong understanding of kitchen ergonomics, technical drawings, and spatial planning.Proven sales skills—you help clients make confident decisions without being pushy.Experience working with premium appliance brands such as Gaggenau and V-Zug, with strong technical knowledge of their productsProficiency in AutoCAD (other design tools a plus).A keen eye for design and exceptional attention to detail.Confidence managing projects independently, with full accountability.Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.What’s In It for You£28,000–£38,000 base salary + up to 10% commission.Work with a vibrant, collaborative, multicultural team in a company where creativity is genuinely valued.Be part of a fast-paced, design-led environment with no egos—just passion and professionalism.Access to exclusive international brands and a loyal high-end client base.Room to grow beyond kitchens—expand into full interiors, working on stunning global projects.Role DetailsJob Type: Full-timeSchedule: 5 days/week (Monday–Sunday rotation, with 2 days off)Location: In-person | NW10 7XPSalary: £28,000–£38,000/year + commissionRequirementsAbility to reliably commute or relocate to NW10 before starting (preferred).Required:3+ years in kitchen design3+ years in salesPreferred:3+ years using AutoCAD1+ year working with luxury fixtures and appliancesReady to Join Us?If you’re passionate about design, thrive on solving spatial challenges, and want to work in an environment that blends start-up energy with decades of success—we’d love to hear from you.Job Type: Full-timePay: £28,000.00-£38,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:Commission paySchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityExperience:Kitchen Design: 3 years (required)AutoCAD: 3 years (preferred)Luxury appliances, fixtures, worktops, and finishes: 1 year (preferred)Sales: 3 years (required)
