Job Title: Project Administrator - 2 year contract.Location: Site basedRole:To provide admin and organisational support to the on site project team, ensuring documentation is well managed, the site office runs smoothly, and reports and trackers are kept up to date.Key Responsibilities:General office admin support (typing, filing, minutes, document formatting)Assist with document control and information management using ProcoreMaintain trackers and registers for the project teamHelp coordinate and compile Monthly Progress ReportsSupport in compiling Health & Safety and O&M filesEnsure the office is tidy, stocked, and running efficientlyGreet guests and manage meeting bookingsCapture and organise site progress photosProvide any other admin support as needed by the teamSkills & Experience:Intermediate Excel (required)Experience using Procore or other document systems (desirable)Good minute-taking and writing skillsStrong organisation and time managementReliable, proactive, and able to work under pressurePrevious experience in a similar role within the construction industry is required.For more info please apply with your CV or reach out - georgia@
