Global Entertainment Public Relations Agency, based in Parsons Green, London SW6, is recruiting a Client and Office Manager We’re looking for an extremely organised, bright and conscientious individual to join our team as Client and Office Manager. The role is part time – Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day 9.30am – 1.30pm office based.Our Requirements: The role is multi-faceted, and we need someone with initiative to solve problems, deal with the day to day, whilst keeping everything running smoothly with the clients and the office. The Successful Candidate: You are highly organised, flexible and have excellent administration and communication skills, with a knowledge of HR.Responsibilities will include:• Liaising with clients; overseeing client billings/accounts/issuing contracts/chasing payments• Liaising with CFO to manage billing of clients, staff payroll/expenses• Effective/smooth running of the office and all its facilities.• Issue contracts for Staff; maintain staff records.• General management of staffing issuesIf you’re the ideal candidate we’re looking for please send your CV with current salary level to:
