Our client is a global top tier practice and is wanting talented lawyers to undertake professional indemnity work.As a brief background our client acts on professional indemnity matters predominantly to solicitors, IFA’s and construction clients in the UK. Working as part of this high-profile team you will work and assist with complex insurance litigation in all areas of financial lines and professional lines. Here you will work on a range of professional indemnity, D&O, FI, and coverage matters.THE CANDIDATE8 + years' UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience in defending claims against professionals and construction clients.You will have experience of handling insurance disputes relating to financial institutions, policy coverage matters and Directors' and Officers' liability.A following of clients its not required however should you have your own relationships that would transfer that would be advantageous. You will have the opportunity to join a modern and growing law firm as a partner, and you will have the ability to make a name for themselves quickly.
