The team offers strategic M&A, capital markets, and financing solutions to clients navigating the global energy transition.As an Associate, you’ll play a key leadership role in:Driving M&A deal executionSupporting sector research, financial modelling, valuations, and client presentationsSupporting strategic advisory initiativesMentoring junior team members and ensuring quality deliverablesWhat we’re looking for:Strong M&A execution and financing experience gained from working in a Bulge Bracket or full-service investment bank.3-5 years' experience working in investment banking / corporate finance.Advanced financial modelling and valuation skillsTrack record of supporting complex transactionsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsFluent in English; other European languages a plusThis is a Certified Role under PRA & FCA regulations.
