The RoleThe financial crime manager will be the subject matter expert in sanctions and work closely with the AML and anti-bribery specialists. They are seeking someone who as well as the 1st line experience within sanctions has experience with drafting and implementing new policies and procedures. The role will also include responding to a range of queries from the global offices, conducting risk assessments, delivering training and horizon scanning to stay on top of all legal and regulatory changes. People management, as a manager, supervisor or team leader etc would be an advantage but not essential. The RequirementsThe firm are open to someone who has experience in a bank or financial services company as well as a law firm. The key is that you have experience with interpreting regulations and using this to develop policies and procedures.
