Your expertise will shine as you prepare critical customer communications, handle confirmations and statements, and liaise with Global Markets teams on funding requirements.Key Responsibilities Include:End-to-end loan administration processing across syndicated, bilateral, and agency loansManaging deposits, corporate FX deals, and current account movementsPreparing system tickets, calculating fees and interest, and ensuring accurate reconciliationsFirst-checking duties to support departmental efficiencyContributing to monthly reporting functions and P/L analysisMentoring and developing junior team membersWhat You Bring to the TableEssential Requirements:Solid loan administration or loan agency experience within bankingProven expertise in syndicated and bilateral loan operationsMeticulous attention to detail with ability to deliver error-free results under pressureStrong ability to interpret loan documentation from an operational stand pointExcellent communication skills across all levels, internally and externallyCollaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environmentsDesired Skills:Knowledge of Swift message formattingAdvanced Excel and/or Access capabilitiesLoanIQ system experience (advantageous but not essential)Ready to Take the Next Step?This role offers the perfect blend of technical challenge, career development, and work-life balance.
