Class 2 Hiab Driver

About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 HIAB Driver (Remote Grab) to deliver building materials to a range of customers across London and the surrounding areas.All candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying.The successful candidate will be responsible for completing deliveries safely, efficiently, and in line with planned routes and company procedures.Previous experience operating a HIAB with a remote brick grab is essential.Key Responsibilities Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and DVSA compliance (AM/PM checks) Deliver building materials safely using a HIAB remote brick grab Ensure all loads are secured safely prior to transportation Follow all Health & Safety procedures and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) Maintain a professional approach when dealing with customers and colleagues Complete delivery paperwork accurately and in a timely manner Requirements Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence HIAB certification with Remote Brick Grab (essential) Valid xjdpvnf Digital Tachograph Card In-date Driver CPC Skills & Experience Proven experience operating a Class 2 HIAB with remote grab Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Strong attention to detail Fluent English required Please note: This role does not involve heavy lifting.
