With offices in more than 100 countries this is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the worlds leading insurance brokerages.Please double check you have the right level of experience and qualifications by reading the full overview of this opportunity below.What is the role?This is an opportunity with a market leading international Transactional Risk insurance company for an experienced Real Estate M&A Lawyer to build a career in the Insurance industry whilst still utilising their legal experience.What will you be doing?Advise clients on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of real estate assetsConduct relevant Real Estate transactional due diligenceAdvise on, structure, and place Warranty and Indemnity and other transactional risk insurance solutions.Support clients throughout the deal lifecycle, from structuring to negotiations and final placement.Collaborate with leading law firms and other deal advisors as well as financial investors, corporates, and global insurers.Work closely with our regional PEMA hubs on both domestica and regional transactions.Take on a highly commercial role while continuing to develop your legal and negotiation skills.What do you need to apply?1-3+ years of M&A experience from a reputable law firm(s) or equivalent in-house role.Strong understanding of M&A Real Estate transaction dynamics and contract negotiations.Excellent communication skills, fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written).Ambitious, commercially minded, and a strong team player. xjdpvnf Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment without compromising on quality.If you have any further questions please contact
