The VacancyAre you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.Are you a visionary clinical leader ready to shape the future of therapeutic education?TCES is seeking an exceptional, highly experienced and innovative Director of Clinical Services to lead our pioneering Great Minds Training & Therapy Servicesa national, neurodiversity-affirming therapeutic service supporting children and young people with complex needs through the delivery of therapeutic pathways and interventions, training for schools and families in inclusive therapeutic education, and whole-system support (building therapeutic provision from the ground up) in order to support the needs of a growing number of exceptional young people across the UK.About the RoleThis is an executive position reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on both the Operational and Executive Boards. You will be the strategic and clinical lead for Great Minds, responsible for: Driving innovation and excellence in therapeutic service delivery. Leading complex clinical decision-making and chairing high-level panels. Overseeing national partnerships with the Department of Education, NHS, CAMHS, and local authorities. Expanding our digital and in-person therapeutic services across the UK. Growing a culture of inclusive therapeutic education principles nationwide, through training, provision set-up, and bringing therapeutic tools into a mainstream context, supporting organisations to normalise universal therapeutic practice for all pupils.What Youll BringWere looking for a HCPC-registered senior clinician with: Proven leadership of complex therapeutic services and high-risk caseloads (including tier 3 and 4 trauma, high-risk complex behaviours and mental health needs). Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams to drive high standards, and a never give up attitude in our support for young people. A track record of service innovation, quality assurance, and clinical governance.
