Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.Want to be a part of it?What will you be doing? Preparing Applications for Payment to the clientProactively identify, assess, and manage commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.Manage a small team of Assistant Quantity Surveyors/Quantity Surveyors ensuring development of these membersProduce accurate CVRs and provide detail financial reports and forecastsManage and administer the contract including Early Warnings Notifcations, Variations including agreement with the client.Cost Control and Subcontractor ManagementWhat you'll bring Experience within the Water/Utilities industry and a experience on a framework based contract is desirableAbility to use a Works Management System to create commercial reports (AfPs/Forecast)Previous experience in leading a small team is desirableStrong commercial acumen and excellent negotation and communication skillsA pro-active, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and part of a teamFull Driving LicenceWhats in it for you?
