Procurement Manager (Facilities)Contract: 12-month Fixed-TermScroll down the page to see all associated job requirements, and any responsibilities successful candidates can expect.We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the consolidation of all outsourced maintenance activities into a single Facilities Management (FM) provider. This strategic role will involve procurement leadership, operational coordination, and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive asset registers for all sites to support the RFP process.Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle including RFP development, vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, and onboarding.Collaborate with the wider Facilities Management team to ensure operational continuity during the transition period.Coordinate with legal, finance, and compliance teams to align contract terms with internal policies.Monitor and report on project milestones, risks, and vendor performance to ensure alignment with strategic goals.What Were Looking For:In-depth understanding of building systems, planned maintenance, and reactive maintenance operations.Proven track record in procurement or supply chain management, with specific experience in facilities management services.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and facilities.Advanced negotiation, contract drafting, and vendor performance management skills.Experience delivering FM procurement projects within complex, multi-site environments.Ability to work independently and drive accountability in a deadline-driven, project-oriented environment.
