You will manage the annual cyclical processes and there is also the potential to manage some change-based activities as well.What You'll Need to SucceedCIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have operated as an HR Business Partner for a media or creative business where you will be able to evidence a generalist remit. You will need to demonstrate examples of running ER cases as well as change and restructure activities.
