Content Manager - Asset Management (RFP Focus)

Job DescriptionA leading global asset manager is seeking an experienced Content Manager to join its Distribution function, supporting the firms RFP team. You will oversee the creation, maintenance and optimisation of content to support institutional sales activity, with a focus on delivering best-in-class RFP and DDQ responses.This is a unique opportunity to join a highly collaborative, international environment and play a key role in advancing content excellence, process efficiency and the use of AI-driven tools across the function.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, update and refine content within the firms content library / CMS (Loopio/Qvidian/Responsive experience advantageous)Ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with brand, regulatory and client requirementsSupport the coordination and delivery of RFPs and DDQs, working closely with stakeholders across global officesBuild strong relationships with SMEs across the business to gather insights and secure approvalsOptimise content for AI-enabled drafting and retrieval processesHelp drive innovation in RFP processes, leveraging emerging AI and knowledge-management technologiesMonitor industry developments to ensure best practice adoptionAbout YouProven experience in content management within financial services or asset managementStrong CMS skills (Loopio or similar)Familiarity with AI/LLM tools and a keen interest in future applicationsExcellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across global teamsDetail-oriented and proactive with strong organisational capabilityCollaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
