Someone who knows the difference between a trend and a moment and can turn ideas into scroll-stopping, shareable content.Our client is a global social-first marketing agency delivering innovative, end-to-end creative solutions for some of the worlds most exciting brands. They have a fast-growing team of strategists, designers, editors and creator collaborators that produce impactful content across lifestyle, fashion, home, beauty and beyond.What youll do:Concept, shoot and edit trend-led video and static content for TikTok, Instagram, and PinterestStay ahead of trends, sounds and cultural moments to ensure content feels fresh and relevantCollaborate with creative, organic, and paid teams to deliver high-performing social contentPresent creative ideas and insights to stakeholders for feedback and developmentManage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentWhat youll bring:Minimum 2 years experience in content creation, with a strong portfolio of social-first workProven ability to produce engaging short-form video contentDeep understanding of social media culture and visual storytellingProficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or CanvaCreative flair, attention to detail and a collaborative spiritWhat we offer:Hybrid working (3 days per week in London office)25 days paid annual leave Regular socials, team events and wellbeing initiativesOngoing training and creative development opportunitiesIf youre a creative who can spot trends before they hit the mainstream and youre ready to make content that moves, wed love to hear from you.SUMO are an equal opportunities employer.
