Youll assess creative materials, breakdowns, and scripts to define the scope of work, collaborate with creative and production teams to identify methodologies, and build accurate bids that balance artistic ambition with commercial goals.Working closely with Executive Producers, Business Development, and VFX Supervisors, youll help shape the early strategy for potential projects across our global studios.What Youll DoReview incoming scripts, breakdowns, and creative materials to evaluate scope and complexity.Partner with VFX Supervisors and Heads of Department to define technical approaches and required bid days.Collaborate with Business Development and Finance to prepare detailed bids, budgets, and schedules.Lead or support creative discussions with clients and internal stakeholders during the bidding phase.Track studio capacity and talent availability to ensure accurate scheduling and resourcing assumptions.Flag potential areas requiring new technical development or pipeline innovation.Ensure a smooth creative handover of awarded shows to production teams with clear documentation and notes.What Youll BringMinimum 3 years experience in VFX Production or Bidding for film or episodic projects.Strong understanding of VFX workflows, production methodologies, and scheduling. Proven ability to deliver detailed and competitive bids under tight timelines.Proficiency in Excel and bidding tools.Clear communicator with strong analytical and organizational skills.Calm, collaborative, and solutions-focused under pressure.Fluency in Spanish is required to support collaboration with our teams and partners in Spanish-speaking regions.
