Job Description Producer / Edit Producer Creator-led Media BrandA fast-moving, creator-led media brand is hiring a Producer / Edit Producer to shape high-performing short-form content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.The focus is pace, energy and storytelling to create scroll-stopping videos that hook viewers instantly and keep them watching.What Were Looking ForProven experience producing/edit-producing short-form social content that has performed well on IG/TikTok.Strong storytelling instincts able to build narrative, tension and humour in under 60 seconds.Confident working with fast cuts, strong hooks, captions, pacing and rhythm.Experience shaping content from rushes and transcripts (especially for Edit Producer level). A genuine understanding of creator-led content, trends and social platform behaviour.What Youll Be DoingEditing short-form video content optimised for Instagram, TikTok and Shorts.Creating fast, engaging, personality-led edits with clear narrative structure.Shaping ideas, building edit plans, reviewing cuts and guiding creative direction.Analysing performance and applying learnings to future content. ImportantThis is not one for experience in slow, long-form or traditional broadcast edits.If you have strong short-form examples that have performed well, please get in touch.
