Senior Royalties Coordinator- Music

Job Description Were working with a well-known and highly respected music company thats expanding their Rights & Royalties function. Theyre looking for someone who already has experience working with royalty data and wants to grow their career in a place where development, collaboration, and progression are part of the culture.This is a brilliant opportunity if you're interested in the nuts and bolts of how music generates income, how royalties flow through the industry, and how creators ultimately get paid. Youll be part of a friendly, supportive team, with the chance to refine processes, contribute ideas, and help shape how the royalties function evolves.What the role involves:Working with incoming royalty statements and reconciling dataDigging into discrepancies and making sure everything adds upProducing accurate reporting and supporting the wider team with insightsUsing internal systems and databases to extract and review royalty informationGetting involved in ongoing improvements, projects and upgrades as the business growsWhat theyre looking for:At least 2 years experience working with royalties (label, publisher, distributor, royalty house, rights society, etc.)Confident working in Excel and handling large data setsSomeone who enjoys problem-solving, spotting patterns, and getting the details rightComfortable communicating with different teams and occasionally senior stakeholdersAny experience with SQL or BI tools is a bonus, not a requirementWho this would suit:Someone who wants a role where they can grow, be part of a scaling team, and actually see the impact of their work.
