Job Description Job Title: Conference Producer Division: Customer Contact Week (CCW)Location: Victoria, London. With a cross industry focus, representing practitioners from leading Enterprises we focus on the following practise areas:Customer ContactCustomer ExperienceEmployee Engagement & ExperienceThe Conference Producer is at the heart of what we do. You will identify topics through in-depth market research, write and produce a commercially viable conference agenda that offers excellent relationship building, knowledge transfer and BD opportunities for delegates, sponsors and speakers. Becoming a Subject Matter Expert, project managing, and fostering strong relationships is key.
