Job Description Conference Producer Tech & Digital Space36,000 + Circa 10k Bonus + 25 Days Holiday + Numerous BenefitsHybrid London International Travel North America, Europe & Middle EastSynopsis of the RoleAs a successful Conference Producer, you will be both commercially focused and content-driven, with strong skills in research, speaker acquisition, and project management. You will take ownership of event content from concept to delivery, ensuring the programme is engaging, commercially aligned, and operationally successful, you will lead programme development, secure high-calibre speakers, and work closely with sales and marketing to deliver world-class events that meet nancial targets. You will also help shape the audience strategy, ensuring the right mix of senior delegates and sponsors.Research and Content & Agenda CreationConduct in-depth market research (desk research and phone interviews) to identify key trends, challenges, and opportunities in the industry.Develop conference themes, topics, and session formats based on research insights.Create detailed conference agendas that are innovative, relevant, and commercially viable.Develop and enhance content formats to deliver the greatest speakers on the hottest new themes and the newest delivery formats.Speaker acquisition and speaker managementIdentify, invite, and secure high-prole speakers and thought leaders.Hit speaker targets to meet product readiness goals.Project ManagementHelp develop KPIs and deadlines to keep the agenda/speaker progress on-trackHelp manage the event onsite ensuring the delivery of a high quality event and positive experience for all stakeholdersContent Curation& Sponsor ManagementEnsure world class content and highly commercial agendas are developedProactively manage available sponsorship inventory and work with sales to meet targetsDeliver world class agendas by identifying and sharing high prole industry speaker ideas/leadsExpertise RequiredUniversity educated, 2:1 or above or equivalent2+ years experience of conference or content production in an events or publication business if preferable but not essentialOutstanding organisation and time management skillsAbility to effectively prioritise workloads and handle multiple tasks at the same timeExceptional attention to detail and proof-reading skillsExperience of working directly with clients and managing expectationsExcellent communicator with highly advanced interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships and inuence key internal and external stakeholdersApproachable personality and natural leaderAble to travel to events
