Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an AV and Events Manager to be part of a team supporting the current and future needs of the organisation through delivering high-quality technical support for events and managing AV infrastructure across the Trust. Job responsibilities include:Coordinate and deliver AV support for school events including concerts, productions, assembliesCollaborate with staff and external contractors to plan and execute AV setups for performances and eventsAct as technical lead for events, advising on acoustics, lighting, stage layout, and health and safetyManage AV equipment including sound systems, lighting rigs, video and projection toolsMaintain and improve AV infrastructure across school sites, ensuring systems are up-to-date and compliantCandidate profile:Strong technical knowledge of AV and lighting systemsProven ability to manage multiple events and projects in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working independently and collaboratively with staffProfessional, customer focused approach with strong organisational and interpersonal abilitiesRole information:Salary: 43,000 - 50,500Contract Type: PermanentWorking hours: 7:30 3:30pmLocation: EalingThis vacancy will be actively shortlisted, so early applications are encouraged to avoid missing out.
