You will also need to work from our Shirebrook HQ in the East Midlands for one week every month due to line management responsibilities.We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Videographer to work with the Studio Team and creative teams, setting the standard and working with stakeholders to enable results. You will be passionate about delivering results and elevating the customer experience. This is a fast-paced environment with huge potential for being able to identify and solve problems, adding value to the business and making a huge impact.Producing high quality videos across campaign, corporate, socials and ecommerceModel and talent direction for high end video output across fashion, sports and lifestyleDelivering high end video edits and motion graphicsEnsure all Frasers group image guidelines are met across ecommerce and work with creative lead on ecommerce video directionOrganising your own personal daily workloads and deadlines of your teamManage and lead in house videography team to successMaintaining good levels of care for camera equipment and work in a safe professional mannerRemain relevant in industry leading technologies and AI workflows with videographyUsing studio workflow tools to ensure videos are online within deadlines and product launchesWorking closely with wider teams across commercial and marketingUndertaking admin tasks to the requirements of the studio.Manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesManaging the art working and uploading of video content for digital screens across the groups fasciasQualificationsStrong experience in model and talent directionKnowledge of sports and fashion creative industriesExperience colour grading and with lighting directionLine management experience and strong communication skillsCommercial portfolio showing clear examples of, advertisement, socials, campaigns and ecommerce videographyExperience using, gimbles, dollys, Steadicams, jibs and other stabilisers/rigsA network of freelance assistants, gaffers, sparks, lighting techs, sound designers, DOPs and editorsExperience within adobe creative suite and Davinci resolve studioKnowledge of Sony and Canon video camera systemsExperience shooting with iPhoneMust thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing work environment Ability to travel and work flexible hours when required including weekends and evenings for eventsPlease attach your portfolio to your applicationAdditional InformationAlong with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues:Reward, Recognition and OpportunitiesFrasers Champion- Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
