You will be responsible for ideating long form concepts and analysing their subsequent performance. Other responsibilities include taking full control of the video budget and liaising with the thumbnail and video editors to hit our internal deadlines.We are looking for somebody with a strong understanding of the YouTube ecosystem. You should be genuinely passionate about studying audience behaviours and creating engaging content that captures attention and maximises viewer retention.You will be in control of managing the channels upload schedule and maintaining all the moving parts that come with meeting them. This role requires someone who is confident, organised and good with juggling multiple tasks at once.ResponsibilitiesCollaborating with Strategists and Senior Production to Ideate new and fresh ideas for the channelAnalysing video performanceSchedulingManaging video budgets and keeping on top of the back end of invoices & receiptsLiaising with Editors and Thumbnail Designers to ensure deadlines are metManaging the delivery of a steady flow of props & keeping them organised and neatly stored in the office.EssentialPrevious experience in production, at least 3 credits as a runner or higherMust be able to travel to the office in East London 5 days a weekBeneficialFull-clean driving licenceFamiliar with basic tasks in Adobe suite
