EA to Founder - Music Tech Company

Job DescriptionReference: CP16975Salary: 60,000 - 70,000Location: North LondonWe have a hugely exciting EA role, supporting the Founder of a Music Tech company, based in North London. Working on a right hand basis and based in their stunning offices, you will be the gatekeeper to the Founder.Working alongside a loyal team, the company has a strong culture, and the Founder is looking for an experienced and extremely organised EA who can create order to his manic and chaotic schedule. This role would suit an EA who works well within a creative and busy environment and has a good sense of humour!Duties will include:Managing correspondenceExtremely complex diary managementInbox managementComplex travel arrangements across time zonesOccasional international travelGatekeepingPreparing documentsLiaising internally and externallyRequirements:Degree level or equivalentStrong MS skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent organisational skillsAble to use initiativeFlexible and happy to multitaskTechnology savvyEfficientHigh attention to detailBain and Gray is an equal opportunities employer.
