We're looking for a Lead Engineer to oversee commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical excellence on some of the most prestigious residential projects in the industry. What You'll Do: Lead and mentor the engineering team, maintaining high standards across all project phases Take ownership of complex fault-finding, programming, and system commissioning Oversee snagging, system testing, and client handovers Liaise with on-site trades, identify challenges early, and ensure smooth project execution Conduct physical site surveys and service visits Occasionally support on installation work and showroom product testing Collaborate with the Technical Director on system design (optional) Be available during occasional out-of-hours emergencies-flexibility goes both ways ? What We're Looking For: Strong programming and troubleshooting experience in residential AV systems Confident team leader with excellent communication and organisational skills Hands-on, proactive, and always ready to take initiative Committed to quality and detail, with a high level of personal accountability Experience in residential AV is essential Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and Europe ??
