Job DescriptionJob Title: Flexible Support Technician (AV)Location: Multiple Client Sites Across LondonType: PermanentSalary: 37,500 - 40,000Overview: Were looking for a dynamic Flexible Support Technician (FST) to provide onsite AV/VC support across a range of corporate and professional environments. This role involves both scheduled and ad-hoc site visits to support user needs, events, and system troubleshooting.Key Responsibilities:Provide onsite AV support for meetings and live eventsConduct room checks and preventative maintenanceDiagnose and resolve AV system issues (Crestron, Cisco, Teams, Zoom, etc.)Collaborate with service teams, escalate complex issues, and track all service activityAssist with field service work when not assigned to a specific siteMaintain toolkit, inventory, and certificationsWhat Youll Need:3+ years in AV/VC support, field service, or installation (junior applicants welcome under mentorship)Strong troubleshooting skills across AV, control systems, and basic networkingExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsValid UK drivers license and passportAVIXA CTS (preferred or willingness to obtaintraining provided)Tech Exposure (Desirable): Cisco | Poly | Teams | Zoom | Crestron | QSC | Biamp | Logitech | AMX | Extron | Shure | Dante | Digital SignagePerks:Travel reimbursementTraining & certification supportWork with leading AV/VC tech in dynamic environments
