Operating in over 100 countries, with 330,000 lifts worldwide using our technology and 2 manufacturing plants, we are proud to be Number 1 in Europe for complete lift production capacity.Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Repairs Supervisor to join our London team.This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Repairs Engineer ready to step up, or for an existing Repairs Supervisor seeking further development within a stable and internationally recognised organisation.The RoleAs Repairs Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading repair operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, quality and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities?? Planning, Organisation & CommunicationPlan repair jobs to maximise productivity and minimise travel timeLiaise with suppliers to ensure parts are ordered and delivered on timeEnsure correct documentation, risk assessments and method statements are in placeMaintain regular communication with customers, providing updates on progressFollow pre-scheduled programmes where applicable?? Team Supervision & DevelopmentSupervise repair engineers and subcontractorsSupport continuous development and provide training where requiredEnsure all weekly job sheets, repair reports and timesheets are accurately submittedMonitor performance and ensure all jobs are completed and closed on scheduleEnsure site and engineer audits are completed as required??
