You''ll support the delivery of our responsive repairs service by managing schedules, monitoring budgets, and providing vital administrative and analytical support. This is a fast-paced role where your organisational skills and attention to detail will help us deliver excellent outcomes for residents.How you''ll do itSchedule and coordinate inspections and repairs, working closely with Inspectors and contractors.Provide timely business information on repair spend and performance to managers.Assist with budget monitoring and cost control, ensuring value for money.Manage repair escalations and prioritise cases for inspection.Analyse repair cases, identify issues, and propose practical solutions.Support managers with reporting and performance monitoring using internal systems.Collaborate across teams and contractors to ensure KPIs are met and processes followed.Contribute to repair monitoring systems and attend contractor meetings as required.The ideal candidateWe believe great service starts with great people, and we are committed to recruiting and developing passionate, enthusiastic, and talented individuals who can add value to our thriving organisation.
