Job Description Are you an experienced OT Security professional who thrives in an advisory-led environment? Do you enjoy shaping client strategies, discussing emerging threats, and influencing the direction of OT security at a senior level? If so, this could be the perfect next step.Entasis Partners are partnering with a leading consultancy to appoint a Senior OT Security Consultant / Manager someone who is confident operating across board-level conversations, industry trends, and technical security discussions, without being tied down to implementation or engineering-heavy work.This role is strategic, relationship-driven, and centred on guiding clients through the evolving OT threat landscape, helping them to build long-term resilience and future-ready operating models.What Youll Be DoingProviding expert OT security advisory to clients across industrial, critical national infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, and regulated sectors.Leading conversations around market trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging OT threats, helping clients understand their risk posture.Supporting clients in developing OT security strategies, roadmaps, policies, and operating models aligned to industry standards (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, NIS2, etc.).Acting as a trusted advisor , building relationships, guiding decision-makers, and supporting long-term security transformation journeys.Working closely with internal and client-side teams to define improvements, identify gaps, and help shape future OT security programmes.Contributing to thought leadership: whitepapers, insights, presentations, and wider organisational knowledge-sharing.Taking ownership of initiatives and supporting the continued growth and maturity of the OT security advisory practice.What Were Looking ForStrong background in OT security, industrial cybersecurity, or critical infrastructure.Ability to confidently advise clients at senior level , translating technical concepts into business-focused decisions.Knowledge of OT frameworks and regulations (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NIS/NIS2, OG86, etc.).Understanding of OT architectures, threat vectors, and operational risk , without needing to be hands-on with implementation.Excellent communication skills with a passion for relationship building and client partnership.A proactive mindset, commercially aware, and keen to help shape an evolving practice.Why This Role?Opportunity to own and grow key advisory projects within a specialist OT practice.Freedom to influence direction, support strategy, and create genuine impact with major clients.Work in an environment that values expertise, curiosity, and long-term relationship building.Play a key role in shaping the future of OT security advisory within a high-growth team.If you enjoy discussing OT security trends, regulations, evolving threats and youre looking for a role where strategy and advisory take centre stage , I would like to hear from you.
