Job Description Offensive Security ManagerSalary: 70,000 90,000 (DOE)Location: Remote (UK-wide)Reporting to: Head of Offensive Security & DFIRA growing UK cyber practice is hiring a hands-on Offensive Security Manager to support delivery across its offensive security portfolio. The role blends technical penetration testing with leadership: roughly 50% team management and 50% hands-on testing.You will join a team of 11, working alongside two existing managers, helping deliver high-quality web, mobile, infrastructure and red team engagements while guiding and mentoring penetration testers at various levels.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership (50%)Manage and mentor a small group of penetration testersSupport project delivery, quality assurance, and work allocationHelp build testing capability, processes, and internal knowledge-baseContribute to strategic and operational improvements within the teamTechnical Delivery (50%)Conduct offensive security assessments across:Web applicationsMobile applicationsInfrastructure/NetworkRed team/adversary simulationAssist in scoping and designing engagementsContribute to tooling, methodology and research effortsOpportunities to expand into red teaming and digital forensics/incident responseRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong technical penetration testing background (web, mobile, infrastructure)Experience with red team techniques and attacker-mindset approachesExperience leading testers (formal or informal) OR strong managerial aspirationsMinimum certifications: OSCP or CRTEligible for UK Security Clearance (SC eligibility)DesirableCHECK qualifications (CTM/CTL)Prior consultancy experience (NOT essential)Experience contributing to team or capability growthWorking ModelFully remote within the UKOccasional travel to HQ (London) self-fundedRare client-site travel expensedInterview ProcessTwo technical interviews (one in-person)Final round discussionWhy This Role?Balanced leadership + hands-on workOpportunity to grow into red teaming and DFIRJoin a team with strong technical depth and a supportive leadership structureClear development path and investment in security capability
