Job Description Head of Building Safety & RemediationLondon80,000 - 98,000Hyde is seeking an exceptional leader to shape and deliver our building safety and remediation strategy. In this critical senior role, you will set the strategic direction for building safety across the organisation and lead the planning, delivery, and oversight of major remediation and improvement programmes.You will ensure full compliance with the Building Safety Act and all relevant legislation, embedding strong governance, rigorous risk management, and high-quality data standards so decisions remain evidence-based, auditable, and aligned with organisational priorities. Working closely with the Asset Management & Sustainability Director, you will drive innovation and continuous improvement across the Operations Directorateensuring our homes and services are safe, sustainable, energy-efficient, and environmentally responsible. You will be accountable for delivering safe, high-quality homes while managing complex programmes that balance regulatory compliance, operational performance, value for money, and environmental outcomes.
