The UK business is going through a major transformation, pivoting from being almost 100% linear to being digital& socialfirst, and oursales team needs to reflect that. This role has a focus onsocialsalesgrowth,leveragingan extensive contact list to ensure WBD is a must have partner for media buyers. This personis responsible forrevenue growth across the UKSocialportfolioincluding both sport and entertainmentwith a particular focus onMeta, X, Snapchat & TikTok partnership sales.Youllbe a networker with a passion for delivering innovative sales plans for agencies and advertisers.Youllbe responsible forallsocialrevenues from your assigned agency group and thrive on building relationships that ensure revenue targets are met. Your Role Accountabilities... Growadvertising revenue across allsocial platforms, with a particular focus onMeta & X partnerships Lead day to day management across an assigned agency group, Accurate and up to date revenue reporting to sales leadership Design and lead agency presentations and learning sessions, provide leadershipteamwith market updates and industry news Co-ownership and development of a relevant contact list that includes key contacts within agencies and clients includingdigital,social, planning & partnerships. Ensure sales and revenue growth across all digital platforms includingMeta, X, TikTok & Snapchat. Competent pitching data led sales with a passion forgreat content & best-in-class social activations Ensures the team deliversaccurateforecasting and reporting of all revenue targets Qualification & Experience... Needs to have strong experience inmedia sales with a thorough understanding ofsocial partnership buying in amedia landscape Owns a list of relevant industry contacts Is an excellent strategicsalesperson, is talented at developing relationships internally and externally Keeps the sales strategy responsive to market changes The financial ability to accuratelyforecast andmaintainapipeline Additional Information On June 9, 2025, Warner Bros.
