If you are a high-performing senior agent or sales manager with strong London market knowledge and a passion for building teams and business units, we want to hear from you.Your responsibilities: Build, lead, and manage the sales division of our Nine Elms office Drive revenue growth and expand market presence across Nine Elms, Battersea, Vauxhall, and surrounding areas Win new sales instructions and nurture strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and developers Conduct valuations, market appraisals, and high-level negotiations with expertise and confidence Implement effective sales strategies, processes, and KPIs Mentor, train, and develop a high-performing sales team Collaborate with marketing to maximise digital lead generation and brand positioning Represent the KENSINGTON brand at a senior level, maintaining premium service standards Report directly to the Managing Director on performance, pipeline, and strategic initiativesQualifications: 3+ years experience in residential sales, ideally within central or southwest London Strong track record in winning instructions and closing high-value transactions Experience leading a team or operating at a senior agent/manager level Deep understanding of the London property market and sales processes Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build and scale a division Excellent negotiation, leadership, and client relationship skills Confident, polished presentation aligned with luxury service standards Proficiency in CRM and property software (Propstack experience beneficial)What we offer: A senior leadership role in a high-growth London office Opportunity to build the sales division from the ground up Clear long-term progression path, including potential Franchise Partner opportunities Competitive base salary Strong performance bonuses and long-term incentive options Access to exclusive listings, premium marketing, and global brand support Advanced CRM, technology, and training through the KENSINGTON AcademyApply now to join a growing international luxury brand and lead our London sales team into the future.
