We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.Skills And CompetenciesStrong ability to drive add-on sales and maximize net retention within an existing customer baseSkilled in identifying and targeting white space opportunities to generate incremental revenue growthProficient in developing and implementing tailored account plans in collaboration with Relationship ManagersEffective communicator, comfortable managing objections and conducting introductory online demos for prospectsCreative problem-solver with the ability to diagnose issues and develop innovative solutionsHighly organized, able to multi-task and meet short deadlines while maintaining attention to detailMotivated by achieving goals and measuring performance, with a proactive approach to sales activitiesProficient in using CRM software, MS Office, and internet tools to track and measure sales activityEducationBachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or a related area requiredResponsibilitiesDrive add-on sales and net retention within the NewsEdge customer base through proactive development effortsFocus on net retention by engaging users and stakeholders to strengthen account relationshipsGenerate incremental revenue growth by identifying and pursuing white space opportunities within assigned accountsMaintain and enhance key customer relationships by developing and implementing account plans in coordination with Relationship ManagersCollaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, support, and finance to ensure customer successProvide feedback to Product Management on product features and recommend enhancements based on customer insightsAct as a role model for the company by embodying its culture and values in all interactionsOperate efficiently across existing product sales, new product sales, technical sales support, and customer onboarding for new productsAbout The TeamJoin a collaborative and high-performing team at Moodys, where youll work alongside professionals dedicated to customer success and growth.
