That's why we've created a workplace where people feel supported and inspired, from great benefits and wellness programs to fun social events.The roleReporting directly to the VP of Sales and liaising closely with your colleagues in the UK and other teams around the world, youll be focused on expanding our EMEA customer base by identifying and winning new business customers.This is what youll be doing, day to day:Driving new business opportunities within the EMEA region and securing contracts with new customers against your targetsDriving the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closeManaging pipeline coverage to generate own leads in addition to those provided through daily prospecting via email, LinkedIn and phoneConsulting with prospects about business challenges and requirements around cybersecurityMaintaining a high level of relevant domain knowledge and having meaningful conversations with prospectsDrafting and delivering winning proposals, working with our technical team where required to address customer requirementsReporting on sales activity and ensuring the CRM (Salesforce) is maintained daily with new business activity, keeping detailed notes on prospect and customer interactionsProviding feedback and ideas on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputationConducting all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.The reward package:We like to look after our people well, so your compensation will include:Attractive salary, reviewed annually, plus a highly motivating commission scheme based on achievement against targetHybrid working: please note that our expectation is two days per week in the office, with the flexibility to agree which days with your manager and vary these from time to time as needed.33 days holiday per annum (incl. public holidays)Pension scheme membership with 4% employer contributions + NI savingsPrivate health cover, including access to a private GP serviceComprehensive wellness and support provisionsEnhanced family leave provisionsLife Assurance at 4x annual salaryTwo days paid Volunteering Leave per yearFree meals, drinks and snacks provided daily in the officesRegular social events such as a big summer party, Christmas dinners, and annual kick-offA tax-efficient cycle to work scheme; andAn inclusive culture and environment, where youll feel genuinely valued and respected.What youll need to be successfulSubstantial proven experience of successful B2B sales within the enterprise segment including closing high-value deals and exceeding quotas.Proven ability to identify and resolve customer needs through strong product knowledge and solution-selling within the digital risk protection space.Excellent customer engagement and relationship-building skillsA successful track record in meeting and exceeding sales targetsSelf-starter who is creative and able to organise, prioritise, and plan their activities effectively, including on site customer visitsTeam player mindset, with strong interpersonal skills, working collaboratively towards a shared vision for our future successExcellent communication, including strong presentation and influencing skillsTechnically competent, with a willingness to learn and developFamiliarity with Salesforce or similar softwareAn interest in cybersecurity and an eagerness to learn and developAdditional skills that could be helpful for this role:Fluency in Spanish, French or GermanIf you think this role is the one for you, please get in touch with us.
