Design led furniture dealer known for its close relationships with leading international design brands, architects, and interior designers. Seeking an experienced Senior Sales Coordinator to join a dynamic team and play an integral role in managing premium workplace, hospitality, and commercial residential projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment and has previous experience working for a furniture dealer. Manage end-to-end coordination of furniture projects from quotation through to delivery and installation. Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and attention to brand and supplier requirements. Support the sales team with pricing, product research, lead times, samples, and presentations. Maintain project documentation, ensure CRM/order systems are accurate, and proactively monitor project progress. Oversee after-sales coordination, including snagging, replacements, and warranty processes. Build strong relationships with designers, contractors, and supply partners, providing an exceptional level of service. Experience working for a furniture dealer is essential ideally with exposure to high-end, sustainable, or design-led brands. Strong understanding of procurement processes, margin structures, lead times, and supplier relationships in the furniture sector. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a time-sensitive environment. Proficiency in order management systems, Microsoft Office, and ideally CRMs used in furniture procurement. Comfortable owning the operational backbone of projects. Proficiency in order management systems and CRMs. Be part of projects for leading architects and interior designers across hospitality, workplace, and residential sectors.
