Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor looking for an opportunity to join a leading house builder in Worcestershire? I am working on the behalf of a team seeking a dynamic individual to guide prospective buyers through the entire home-buying journey, from initial enquiry to final handover. Key Responsibilities: To manage and control the Development sales function from pre-start to post completion Meet prospective customers and maintain primary point of contact throughout customer journey Manage the requirements and expectations of customers throughout the house buying process Take responsibility for the development's presentation and ensure it reflects a strong sales message and the highest of standards Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience working in New Homes sales over a minimum 2 year period. A full UK driving licence is required. Must be available to work weekends (Thursday to Monday working pattern). Why Apply?
