This isnt just a standard CRM role, were looking for someone with experience in stand-alone CRM positions who can take ownership of the customer lifecycle, translate data into actionable insights, and create seamless, multi-channel communications that drive engagement, retention, and commercial impact.Working closely with marketing and technical teams, youll be pivotal in bridging the gap between online and offline customer journeys, unlocking data opportunities, and shaping communications across email, SMS, direct mail, and web personalisation.
