ATerritory Sales Manageris a sales role focused on developing pipeline and driving revenue growth within a specific geographic region or territory. They are responsible for building client relationships, generating leads, and closing deals, but do not have managerial responsibilities over other employees. This role emphasizes self-direction, strong sales skills, and the ability to manage one's own performance and results. Seniority Level:Mid-Level Management (typically reports to Regional Sales Director) Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the area / territory, aligning with company objectivesPrimary: Define and execute pipeline building activities:Meet or exceed pipeline health goals as defined in SFDC:Define key & strategic accounts in area / territorySchedule strategic lunch & learns program meetingsGenerate new customer and account meetingsAdd new opportunities to pipeline in order to meet or exceed quota performance goalsSecondary, closing current deals in the pipeline Tertiary, develop and maintain strategic accounts in coordination with Regional Sales Directors and VP Global SalesAchieve sales targets and quotas for assigned territory Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and prospects in the territory Conduct regular pipeline reviews and forecast accuracy assessments Participate in key customer meetings and close complex deals Analyze territory performance metrics and identify growth opportunities Collaborate with marketing on territory-specific campaigns and lead generation Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to management Ensure CRM data accuracy and sales process compliance Typical Requirements: 2+ years experience selling lab automation integrations and/or customized liquid handling platforms1+ years in life science sales experience with large account managementExperience in pre-sales or customer success in quoting, programming, or supporting lab automation including liquid handling platforms and integrated systemsFamiliarity with automation workflows, lab hardware, or integrated software systemsUK Team Benefits: Vitality Health Insurance Private healthcare that incentives ahealthy lifestyle Eye Care Getyour eyes tested once a year on us!
