At CharterSync, they make the complex simple - their platform functions as an experienced co-pilot, offering clients both cutting-edge digital technology and confidence through expert support.On offer is a permanent contract with the opportunity for career progression.Benefits Package:Highly Competitive Salary and bonus package Employee share scheme Flexible working arrangements  - staggered start + finish times as well as WFH flexibility Monthly team activities Fast-track career progression  Regular travel opportunities 25 days with an additional day every year based on Length of ServiceRole Requirements:MUSTRight to live and work in the UK Live within 1.5 hours of London Bridge Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in CARGO Charter Brokering Business Development is a bonus Keen interest in innovative technology Strong interpersonal skills and a sales-oriented approach to new business development and account management Highly professional manner with an ability to communicate effectively Genuine passion for innovation Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Quick-thinking and adaptable mindset Collaborative approach to problem-solving Desire to transform the air cargo industry Ambitious Driven Ability to work as part of a collaborative team, but also work independently Confidence in developing relationships with clients and suppliers Persistence and great attention to detail Good problem-solving abilities Highly organised and capable of managing multiple workstreams at any given time Ability to manage client expectations Ability to listen to and clearly articulate client feedback Interest in aviation and technology Interest in or experience in managing others as the team growsSHOULDIdeally, have 3 years of experience Understanding or experience of flight planning, load planning, flight time limitations and aircraft performance. Understanding of cargo load plans / complex dimensions + payloads and limitations for aircraft.
